Biography

DOEDSVANGR was founded in 2014 by Doedsadmiral, in order to express raw brutality through the music. He set the bar high onto desired people to work with. Shortly thereafter Anti Christian from Tsjuder joined on drums, and later infamous Shatraug fullfilled the vision of Doedsvangr. The debut album was written, entitled Satan Ov Suns. The album sounds like the perfect blend of Black metal from Finland and Norway incorporated. The name Doedsvangr means 2 different things. Fields of death, and dead womb. Doedsvangr signed a contract with Immortal Frost Productions in 2015 and the debut album “Satan Ov Suns” was released in 2017 on CD and Vinyl.In 2019 BST,known from The Order Of Apollyon, ex Aosoth, joined on guitar, and the band started writing the follow up album to Satan Ov Suns. Doedsvangr signed a deal with Debemur Morti Productions for their release of the new album Serpents Ov
Old, which was released in october by Debemur Morti Productions. After the release of the album Doedsvangr played a release concert at Røverstaden in Oslo, with Blood Red Throne and Svarttjern. Vicotnik of Dødheimsgard, Ved Buens Ende also guested live at this concert. After that they played Steelfest, Thronefest amongst others. In october the same year Devilry Productions released their EP "Koinonia".
